Scope reminder. NCC.training is an independent education consultancy. We do not act on the institution’s behalf with the NCC, the State, or any government department. We provide drafts, templates, coaching, and audit-readiness kits. The institution signs, submits, follows up, and faces every auditor. Pricing below is indicative; final quotes are issued in writing after a discovery call.
Indicative pricing across the six stages
All ranges are inclusive of drafting, coaching, and template handover. The institution’s out-of-pocket costs (uniforms, equipment, ANO travel to OTA, NCC-side official charges, etc.) are not included. GST is charged separately at the prevailing rate.

Feasibility assessment (Stage 1)
Run a private readiness check in a couple of minutes. Answer a short intake and get an eligibility scorecard against the NCC preconditions, a recommended pathway and wing, and a downloadable go/no-go memo for your management committee. Nothing is submitted anywhere; the memo carries no pricing.
Application builder (Stage 2)
Enter your institution’s core particulars once. We auto-fill the recurring fields across every application template, show what’s left to complete by hand, and bundle a single packet PDF for you to finish on your letterhead, sign, and submit. Nothing is submitted anywhere; the packet carries no pricing.
Template library
Every letter, dossier, checklist, register, and tracker your institution will use across the consultancy stages. Read each template inline or download as a PDF, adapt on your letterhead, sign, and dispatch.
Staff enrollments (Stage 3 — adult-only)
Enroll your school’s ANO candidates (adult teaching staff) into the institutional training programs — ANO Preparation, PRCN Refresher, or Refresher-cum-Promotion. Each candidate gets a one-time invite link, sets their own password on first login, and accepts the privacy policy themselves. DPDPA-valid adult consent at every step.
AI mock Selection-Board (Stage 3)
Let ANO candidates rehearse the three-tier interview with an AI panel that asks realistic questions and gives feedback after each answer, then an overall practice assessment. Practice only — not the real NCC, and no selection or pass/fail decision. (AI-assisted; availability is operator-controlled.)
Cadet content licence (Stage 6)
If your institution holds a cadet content licence, manage your cohorts here. Share your cohort’s invite code with cadets — they self-register (or, for cadets under 18, their parent registers and adds them) and link to your cohort. Transition members to alumni at year-end while cadet accounts survive independently.
Audit-readiness assessment (Stage 5)
Self-report against the parameters an NCC performance audit weighs — attendance, certificate pass rate, documentation, camps, ANO presence, and more. Get a readiness scorecard, a documentation gap report with concrete remediations, and a downloadable PDF. Run it each quarter and compare; nothing is submitted anywhere.
